Who We Are?

A handful of people made a humble beginning from a one-room office in 2014 as a novice in the Real Estate industry in Multan, where DHA Multan was just beginning to make in-roads by acquiring lands. Bodla Builders embarked on the arduous journey with a single liner moto: “To grow with DHA Multan”.

In a short span of time, with the blessings of ALLAH, Bodla Builders’ is one of the largest Real Estate offices in Multan with sub-offices in Lahore and Islamabad. We have grown to a strong team of 100+ highly trained professionals. It is striking how Bodla Builders has evolved over the years and how it has stayed true to its core values. By investing in leading-edge technology, refining and streamlining processes; Bodla Builders adapted to the changing needs of the real estate market and its incumbent challenges. The company employs sustainable marketing & business systems, while implementing modern approaches to deliver to its clients.

Bodla Builders is an award-winning Real Estate company with its main focus on Land Procurement, Property Trading, Development and Construction. Bodla Builders has worked diligently to be a positive force in the areas of its operations. The company’s actions are guided not only by the prudent business imperatives, but also by heartfelt values.

Over the years, Bodla Builders have added several feathers in its hat as leaders in the industry; we are proud to have been: First to launch 10 Marla cash file product; first to build DHA Villas; First to launch the First-ever Mega Mall in DHA Multan (Business Hub); First to introduce the concept of Low Cost/Affordable Housing in DHA Multan (Bodla Homes). Within just 4 years, Bodla Builders has launched 4 of its iconic projects in DHA Multan: Business Hub, Bodla Homes, Golf View Rumanza and Twin Towers.
